@belly fat loss - You can&#039;t just spot reduce fat. It has to come off from all over. You can do all the crunches and other ab exercises you want, but you need to get your total body fat percentage down.  Ab exercises will definitely help you firm and shape your muscles, but you won&#039;t get good definition until you get the fat off. Unfortunately, the first place fat goes on is the last place it usually comes off. A combination of good nutrition, exercise, and a healthy mindset are key to fat loss. And some perseverance and consistency.
